Terms and conditions

1. Promoter: Entity Brands Pty Ltd (ABN
   38 612 412 138), NSW 2015, trading as Chef Works Australia.
2. Promotion period: opens 9AM AEDT on 12/11/26 and closes 5:00pm AEDT on 8/11/26.
3. Who can enter: Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and Crocs Australia, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible.
4. How to enter: sign up to the Chef Works Australia mailing list at https://chefworks.com.au/pages/subscribe-crocs during the promotion period. Existing subscribers are automatically entered. One entry per person, and entrants must still be subscribed when the promotion closes.
5. Prizes: 5 pairs of Chef Works x Crocs Bistro Pro LiteRide™ Clogs, each valued at $119.99 RRP including GST. Winners choose their size, subject to availability. Prizes ship when stock arrives, estimated early–mid December 2026, to an Australian address. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw: 12PM AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026. Winners are drawn at random, notified by email within 2 business days, and may be announced on Instagram by first name and state.
7. Claiming: winners must reply with their size and delivery address by 5:00pm AEDT on 13/11/26. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
8. Privacy: by entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Chef Works Australia and can unsubscribe at any time. Your details are handled under our privacy policy.
9. General: the Promoter may disqualify anyone who breaches these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This promotion is not sponsored by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
